Taking care of yourself is a very basic and common goal. Or at least it should be.

What makes you cared for? When ask this question to other people or to our self. The answer always reflect and projects to other people, things, etc. Like having someone do the dishes for you. Cooked someone for you. Having a massage until you fall asleep. All of these perhaps relate to early childhood memories. Being feed, cuddled, etc. We are all child by heart.

All of these caring and stuff requires and involved actions. But the greater question is. "Do you feel cared by yourself? or Do you cared for yourself?" I will not be shocked if it is a no.

When we start to take care of ourself. It has a domino effect to others. When they see that you are taking care of yourself. They might start to follow your example and might take care of you too. Its just like saying: "He care for himself, that makes him credible and worth caring for."

Now its clear that your most crucial caregiver is yourself and no one else. No one will do it for you the way you want it but yourself.

Its great having someone to care for you but its not enough. Taking care of yourself directly to your own feelings is much better value than taking care of yourself indirectly. If you can't do it or won't do it directly. You will find ways to do it indirectly and sub-consciously. This can result into matters you'd never deliberately choose. Smoking, drinking, over-eating and many more, are one of those unwanted behaviors and habits you give yourself because it's a quick fix. Wake up you lazy bastard!

Look in the mirror. Look at yourself from head to toe, front and back. What can you see? You see a strong, big, iron willed person? Or feeble weakling? Rate every aspect of yourself as you stand in front of the mirror. Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, etc. all of your total well being, rate it.

Taking of yourself.

1. Make Yourself A Priority.
To give yourself  a right amount of care. You really need to prioritize. Adjust your beliefs and habits. Yourself is the anchor to almost everything about you. There lies the responsibility of action. When you get sick, you can't work. When you look skinny and malnourished you loose self confidence and self esteem. When you don't learn enough skills you feel useless. Yourself has the major role in every aspect of your life. Make it a priority NOW.

2.Exercise
No matter who you ask. Exercise will always be a part of this. It doesn't matter what you are doing as long as you are moving. It can be considered as exercise, light exercise. To see the best results of exercise do it dedicatedly commit to it, make it a habit. Make self care as goal and a commitment. Some exercises includes, Jogging and running for cardio and for the lungs, and weight lifting for muscle gain and toning. Wake up, get up, loose some sweat.

3. Be Curious On How Others Do It.
Be curious and observant on how other take care of their self. It's either the food they eat, the time they sleep, the thoughts they think, the actions they make. Observe, be curious model their right and effective way of self caring.

4. Experiment From Experience.
Try something new. It boost your creativity and mental health. Access early experience. Think about on how it made you feel good and free.

5. Eat
Were not talking about junk food and process foods. Were not talking about poison in this modern society and time. Were not talking about GMO products. Were talking about real fresh natural whole foods. Eat meat, drink milk. Eat cooked food. Don't reason to yourself, that as long as you eat you will get healthy. No, thats a total self eluding lie. Choose the food you eat. Carefully.

6. Treat Yourself
Treat yourself. Treat it the way you wanted to be treated. Don't treat yourself to bounce back in the abyss of pitfall. Treat yourself because you deserve a treat. Treat yourself by investing to a business, by making another income stream, walking in the woods or the beach, go fishing, relax, hike the mountain.

7. Ignore The Bullshits.
This is literally common sense. Ignore those bullshits, those negativity and unnecessary. Yes ignore those. If you can't ignore them or its unavoidable. Do something about it. Get rid of it. Either its people, things, event, place and any other things. Always ignore the bullshit they give. Trust me stress will be less and you will feel better.

The Colors I Prefer

The Colors I prefer

There are only four colors that I prefer. I don't dislike other colors. Its just that these colors are always on my arsenal of everything. Even on This Blog.

These are Black, White, Grey, Maroon.

Black- It's subtle, dominant and gives me more power. It's mysterious and give an unknown effect or feeling. Feels like you are unpredictable.

White- It's clean and looks nice and heavenly. Black and White are my work-out colors. Plus it looks like you have high standard even if you only wear a plain white tees.

Shades Of White


Gray- The one which is between black and white. It's good to my eye. It doesn't hurt. Its emotionless and detached. Feels like you are not committed to anything. It send mix signals. Its like holding both end of the spectrum.

Maroon- The only one which is had a distinctive color in my favorite colors. It is a boldly mysterious color.

Most of my things are in this color. From socks, phone, laptop, wardrobe, and bedsheets and many more.

Words can be very lethal when it comes to war and peace. Same goes with our inner war on ourself to achieve balance and peace. Here are some poems I find Interesting and can lift, inspire and crush some of our spirits.

Simple Pleasures In Life I Enjoy


The most awesome and enjoyable part of life are not the big ones but those simple little things that happen every day or occasionally. 

1. The Sound and Breeze of The Rain
It just made me feel comfortable and at cool. There is something to it.

2. The Rain Itself
Yeah its awesome and dramatic. Plus the sound is like music and the breeze is cool.

3. Sunsets
They are beautiful and awesome.

4. Smell of Trees
Its fresh and refreshing feels like I'm alive and living on this planet.

5. Awesome and Beautiful Scenery
Sunset is one of them, yellow fields, mountain, seas, sky and many more.

6. Yellow Fields
So warm to look at. It makes me sleepy.



7. Late Night/Early Morning Road-trips
Nothing beats this one especially with awesome music.

8. Steak
Who doest like Steak? My favorite dish meat dish. My recipe of beef brisket is also good.

9. Page Views
This one makes me happy without reason. It boost my motivation to write.

10. Deep Conversation
Cheap and shallow conversation makes me sick.

11. 8 Hour Sleep
Ahhh. This is one.

12. Authentic Hand Pulled String Noodles
The taste is different and I don't like noodles full of preservative and artificial flavors. It sucks.

13. White Space
I'm a minimalist.


14. Ocean Waves
Its like a massive orchestration of nature.

15. Stars
After sunset they came out. They are awesomely magical.

16. Being Naked
Trust me there is something in you or me that want to be totally free and be one with the environment and in the moment. Skinny dipping at night.

Everyone knows the feeling.

18. My Dog Smiles Without Reason
This one made my day. Makes me smile to.

19. Cloudy Day In Mid Noon
Not so much heat plus a little bit cool.

20. Well Cooked Seafoods
Second to meat. This is my favorite, squid, octopus shrimps, crabs and many more.

21. Full Body Massage
If you haven't tried this. You must try it I feel so relaxed and very connected. Its so good.

22. Sincerely Kissing A Woman
Trust me woman love this. Plus it makes you feel like a real man and a gentleman.

23. Falling Leaves
This makes me nostalgic.

24. Taking Photographs
I have a lot of cameras.

25. Early Dawn
I like nights. So I want to see it end. Its peaceful.

Because of early dawns and late night road-trips.

27. Quiet Baby
Especially if they are at the corner observing other people and smiling.

28. Grapes
My favorite fruit, especially the green ones.

29. Newly Printed Books
Especially if perfectly cut with a minimalist cover and the smell of newly dried ink.

30. Auto-save Document Feature
Saves me a lot of trouble.

31. Awesome Paintings
The Michaelangelo and Fernando Amorsolo kind of painting. Not those modern art painting. They are bullshits.



32. Curling In A Jacket
Because its raining and its cold.

33. Even Shaved Beard
This one is so satisfying.

34. Violet Clouds
These are rare. 

35. Feeling All The Sweat
After work out feels like I've done enough and feels good.

36. Fast Internet
Yes, yes, yes.

37. You-tube Video Without Ads
Ad blocker still works.

38. Shutter Sound
I don't know why I like it. May be I like taking pictures and have a lot of cameras.

39. Ocean
There is something nice and peaceful about this. Ride a small boat and be there at the middle of the blue waters.

40. Guitar Sound
Especially that swinging switching screech sound.

41. Woman Whisper
Ahhhh. Especially near the ear. When they whisper something nice and naughty.

In the old days depression is not likely to be taken care off. It is mostly been taken for granted. Well because to be honest not everyone gives a shit of "being a pussy". Depression is caused by a lot of things. Is is caused by being lazy, bored, greed, unpractical desire, envy, mostly all of the seven deadly sins. Emptiness and loneliness is probably the leading cause of depression. Imagine you don't have a goal in life, everything is gray and you have a hard time dealing or sympathizing with people. Unfortunately doctors don't have a pill for emptiness and loneliness.

"Sir! My depression is cause by chemical imbalances in my brain. Mainly because of genetics and other sort of stuff" That's bullshit. To be honest you just want to take the blame out of yourself. Pills can't cure you, it may help you temporarily but it will just prolonged your misery. If you are depressed it is your responsibility to fix it.

If you are going to push that those chemical imbalances in your brain are the cause. Think again. That will lead you to the Question. Why do I have chemical imbalances in me? Maybe you don't exercise enough or sleep that's why you lack to produce good chemicals like serotonin

Another reason is you eat garbage. Those tasty and salty junk-foods that fucks your digestion and the enzymes needed to produce those chemicals.

All of those will rise to another question. Am I doing right and correct? All those years what Am I doing? I think you know the answer.

For your references here are the obvious cause of depression.

Eating Junk and Garbage
I know most of us remember the phrase "You are what you eat." So if you eat garbage you probably feel like garbage. Your body is build with junk. You drink to much beer you are an alcoholic then maybe you smell like piss. Everything we eat get reflected to our physical bodies, especially our health. Most people neglect or reject the truth that they eat garbage and they don't want to take action to do something about it. If you tell them it's not healthy. They just reply with words like "well its my body I can do what I want". If You're undisciplined about food and gluttony well thats maybe the answer. Well what can I do. It's you body after all. Your body that is weak and depressed.

Eat real foods. Real true foods. Foods that are raw and freshly pick or butchered. Eat meat lots of it. Potatoes (not fried), eggs and raw fresh milk are also a good help. Don't eat food out of laboratories and made through experiment you are not a lab rat.

Lacking Physical Activity
This is common sense. If you are sitting all day in front of your computer never getting stretch those muscles and pump those blood. Toxins will accumulate in your body. You need to sweat out those harmful chemicals. Is it obvious that if you sweat out, do something fulfilling or after going to the gym you feel good and much better. You don't feel all depressed.


Go to the gym, lift some weights. Jog or run, strengthen your endurance and cardio. Go to your local park have a walk, stroll the beach, go swimming. Create something. Keep your body and mind occupied with physical activities. No one ever feel depressed after they loose 2 kilograms of excess fat or build their own porch. You actually feel fulfilled and useful.

Having A Dull And Sucking Job
Unfulfillable work, colleague with plain disgusting attitude and character, plus salary that is not enough, and a build up emotional deprivation/depression is one of the reason why you should quit your job. If you don't like your job you are feeling like shit right now.

Those people who say "do what you love..." are actually not wrong. I prefer to work the things I love doing, than doing the shitty work with a high salary. If survival is your reason. Because you can't pay bills if you don't work that shitty job. Then you are one of those people who are scared and like to stick with comfort. Which is comfort is an enemy of progress and the cousin of boredom. On which you will get likely depressed.

To Much Unpleasant Stimuli
Your senses well get "fucked up" if you continue to indulge yourself in unpleasant stimulus. The most common senses are your sight, hearing, and touch.

Watching Tv, or any streaming sites especially those "make your thing hard" porn sites. Are a waste of total time and mental energy. Bombarding you with advertisement and product you don't need. Like those fancy cleaner, amazing but stupid blender, sex enhancement or penis enlarging pills. "Hahaha what a crap". To tell you honestly all those advertisers and publisher are saying almost everything you want to hear to rip you of your money. They will prey on your insecurities and weaknesses. If! you allowed yourself to be the victim. Just to total it all, the commercial you see on Tv, Internet and videos are much more in volume compared to the stuff you actually watching.

Find some better, more meaningful hobbies. Try woodcraft, metal-craft, martial arts, weight-lifting, start a business, anything that gets you off the couch and actually doing something. Don't be a potato, if you did you will end up as fries.

Alone/No Relatives/No Family
You are not really alone. There are a billion of fellow human being around this planet.

The feeling of being alone-- yeah I get it. So what!

As a man you must know how to be a lone wolf. You must know how to survive, you must know how to do things on your own. Because if you had nothing the only person that you can turn to is yourself. So take care of yourself.

Being in a family is great, having a family is also great as long as you have the best wife that is not indoctrinated by this sick modern society and you can raise your children well enough without so much struggle and pain. As we all know families can get broken especially if the adults are not responsible and sensible enough. Adults can be a pain in the ass for children and vice versa. Thus also came your relatives. Good relatives are OK. Toxic relatives are not a thing to be given a time in dealing with. You should get away from them or cut your ties with them. It is essential to cure or maintain your sanity, self and peace of mind. Toxic friends and relatives are very bad for most people. Especially if there is money or envy involved. It is always good to keep your distance.

No Partner Or Love Life
Don't worry, every one deserves love and to be treated the way they deserved. If you think no ones love you. Well maybe because you are an asshole or you act like a pussy. You can always change for the better if your an asshole. If you're acting like a pussy. Stop it! Man up! and be a man. Woman already have pussies they don't want another. They want something different. Having a feminine side is, well you know a bit constricted. Being nice to your fellow human being is a good thing but being nice, feminine and sensitively delicate. Definitely you will be in the friend-zone. There are only four things I find that captures a woman, not all of them but most of them. Those are respect, money, good looks, and intelligent. Respect - for woman who have dignity and humility, money - for social climber and gold digger those woman who can't rely on their own, good looks - most probably for shallow and vain woman, and lastly intelligent - for dumb and also intelligent woman. Remember being with a woman is an easy thing choosing the right woman is a different story.

Don't act like a pink unicorn or else you can't proceed to second base. Get some manly hobbies focus on yourself. Build yourself and your bank account. Women will naturally come to you. Stop acting like a brittle girl because you are not. What I want to say is being a pussy isn't defined by liking books, music and art or many other things. Being a pussy is submitting to a higher individual without your best interest willingly. You don't need to be a muscle-head. I'm asking you to take pride in your body and the capacity enough to mold it into the shape we desire or need.

Stop Doing Depressing Things
There are a lot of things that makes people depressed. It will take a very long blog page to cover it all up. So always remember to stop doing things that makes you depressed. Stop listening to sad music. Stop checking your ex social media profile and statuses. Don't do illegal drugs. Stop drinking alcohol to get sober and drunk. Stop being a wuss. Build good brain chemicals. Build up and raise your testosterone if you have lower testosterone level. Stop over masturbating. Stop watching porn. Stop doing those things you think pleasurable and addicting because IT WILL FUCK YOU UP in the long run. Also unfollow the people you envy most. Stop relying on other people. If you need to cut ties, do it. Re-build yourself, recreate it. Stop fucking yourself over and over. Stop doing the bullshits. Pull the pieces together and man up. Changing your lifestyle is a one way to do it. Prevention is still better than cure.

Be Discipline And Stop Being Lazy

If you are a person who suffers from procrastination, your thoughts are in shambles and you just end up watching netflix instead of doing something good. This tips below are good for you. "If" you want to level up your game in life.

Identify
Identify the things that make you lazy and undisciplined. (Even things you think will make you lazy.) Even if this is a cold morning, your unlimited netflix subscription, breaking up with your girlfriend, illegal drugs, drunkenness, tired, or the small irritating things that ruin your day. You need to identify it. Putting and accepting those things as OK with a silver-lining is unacceptable.

How can you identify it?

By being aware of yourself and observe the things you do. There are many things that makes people lazy and unmotivated. Mostly these are, smart-phones, Internet, lust, anxiety, fear, comfort and many more. Which is why identifying them is vital.

Acceptance
Accept it. You need to accept that the things you identified are the things that contribute to you, being lazy and undisciplined. Acknowledge that those things are done by you in the past and you will stop or minimize them the least.

Accept that you will stop doing those pointless actions and decisions you made. Instead of making a business plan, you temporarily scroll your face-book feed to check on some people until you realized you just wasted almost 30 minutes of your life scrolling. Instead of cooking your own food you got hook by the advertisement on Google that this "movie" is now streaming on netflix. So you watch it and forgot to cook. So you end up eating a cheap ready to cook full of preservative cup ramen noodles or a 2 days old pizza slice left on the fridge. Which contribute to jeopardize your health and your total well being.

Obliterate
I need to stop this, I need to eliminate this. Yes you need to exterminate those things that you have identified and accepted. Those key triggering laziness detonator.

Put an effort to it. When it comes to eliminating those mundane activities and stuff.

If you need to sacrifice a little of something to leverage the goodness of another one, do it. The fact that you are aware of change and want to change. Is the first step in eliminating those damn pest called laziness and its faction.

Why should i need to eliminate it?

Of course for you to stop being lazy and be productive. Trust me its very easy. It's only difficult if you allowed it to be difficult.

Affirm
Affirm it validate it. Not just with words but with action. Remind yourself every morning of the day and every night. That you are not weak, you today is greater than yesterday. You will not allow any reason to influence your goal in achieving discipline and endless productivity. You are the captain of your soul, you are the master of your decision, you are a man, you are the creator of your reason. There must be no such thing as unconquerable weakness.

Motivate yourself. No one will do it for you. You and you alone will and can do it.

Take Action (Both Mind and Body)
After you affirm those you need to affirm. Take action. Not by words but with both mind and body. It's awesome if you see your thoughts and affirmation materialize on your action. Don't wait for tomorrow, do it now. Doing it the next day is a sign of weakness and laziness. Unless you are paid to do it in a scheduled manner. Unfortunately not.

Repeat
One shot of it will not make you discipline. It takes time and effort.

Repetition is the key. Do you think how the pros do the things they love effortlessly. It's not a "grab a guitar and I will play like a rock-star" king of thing. It takes time and practice. Even take years. Several days, months and years of repetition.

Do you think how many months does a military soldier needs to train to attain self discipline? A lot. Yes it's not just a one big try. It's the sum of all tries. No need to be frustrated about this. If other people can do it. Surely you can do it. Because being productive and discipline is not a gift from birth. It's a "you need to work it" kind of thing. It's a skill, a skill so embedded with your mind and body that you don't have to think about it to work, it's automatic.

Why I Like Sunsets

Sunsets are one of the most beautiful scenery and creation of nature. It triggers an enormous smile and sense of inner peace when I look at it. I feel at peace. Everything looks calm yet so warm, warm but not hot. It is a balance. Sunset are mystical and transcendental. Like staring at them. You can lost your thoughts with its beauty. It's magnificent. Its cinematic. Nature is the producer, horizon and the sky is the cinema, clouds are the actors and the setting sun is the star.

You can see a visible process of change happening. All within a predictable range of motion and a short enough span of time that you can pause to experience. It's worth my while. The fact that it doesn't last means that I have to enjoy it in that moment or it's gone.Thats why I cherished it.

Yes, everyday every sunset, you can call it the same sunset. But you can never see it the way it was yesterday. The formation of the clouds. The refraction and reflection of the light. The atmosphere it gives. Sunsets are like individual masterpieces with the same theme.

A theme that never missed to amaze me and made my inner self at peace and at delight.

The Two Magic Words In Controlling Your Destiny

Is this for real? Yes. Words can have a very drastic impact on how you and your life and what it will be. It can help you control the flow of consequences. These words are powerful enough on their own.

People will tell you things and advices on how you will live your life. These two words will let you decide on how you live it. They have the power to deplete you and uplift you. These words have the power to bring you to success. These words have the power to build the strongest will version of you and at the same time can break you and make you collapse to regret.

These words are very simple. It's not Abracadabra, or Expecto Petronum, its not i love you or thank you. You basically use this words everyday and take for granted the power it gives you.

These words are "YES" and "NO".

Those two words are powerful enough on their own. If you want people to stop pestering you on how you should live your life. Just say "No" don't explain just say "No". If you really want something or wanting to grab an opportunity just say "Yes" to it. No need to explain no reasoning to be followed. The moment you explain and put an alibi after the word. The word lost its power. The more words you put after the more weakness and pity you are adding. Yes and No are already a complete sentence.

Like I said its powerful enough on its own. Read the example below:

Example 1

Person 1: Hey you wanna go with me?
Person 2: No.

Person 1: Hey you wanna go with me?
Person 2: No. because blah blah blah blah.


Example 2

Human 1: Men wanna do business? I got a proposal.
Human 2: Yes.(Sure)

Human 1: Men wanna do business? I got a proposal.
Human 2: Yes. But how... blah blah blah blah.

Real freedom is saying 'no' without giving a reason.

See the difference. The more words you put after yes or no, the more it loses its power, you lost the confidence the moment you explain and put alibi on it. Those words seems meaningless and powerless. These words can make your willpower strong, strong enough to stand above the average man. I refuse to lose. I refuse to be a slave. I am the master of my own destiny. I am a free man.

Say those words like you mean it. Don't include bullshits.

Like the quote from Epictetus says:

Keep silence for the most part, and speak only when you must, and then briefly.

Every words that came out from our mouth has power and consequences. Choose your words carefully and be certain about it. Have the courage to stand by it and the grit to maintain it.

The Seven C's of a Man

Calm, 

He is always at rest. His soul, mind and body is always in a state of pure peace. His spirit is free like the wind flying above. His presence can radiate an aura of calmness and peace. It heals and sought the heart and soul. For what ever he is doing, reading a book, stuck in traffic, falling in line, solving problems he is always the same. Calm like ripples of water.

Content, 

He has no interest in personal gain, he has no desire for worldly possessions. For he knows that everything of what he had now and will be having is just temporary. Too much of it is poison. He works more to achieve his contentment. He never complain of anything to anyone. He takes responsible for his actions. Because he knows that to be contented one must be responsible to thy own self. He is happy and satisfied for he knows the trouble and hardship he endure is enough to be a true man.

Collected,

His thoughts, ideas, goals, and aspirations are always together. Put on the center. It never fades, it never waver, it never displaced. He is all in control of his belongings and emotions. Every word, every thought are perfectly joined even better than peanut butter and jelly. He never procrastinate, every thing is in order that he can only understand.

Certain, 

He is precise. He does not have a duality of mind. Second thought is an absolute abomination. He does not fear the consequences of his action for he is certain about it. There is no confusion in his mind and being, for he knows almost everything but he doesn't know a thing. He is not a know it all. He just knows it. For his every thought and action is equivalent to those straight horizon from the sea and sky. Its straight, accurate and refined. Like a well raised lion.

Care, 

He is selfish for he cares a lot about himself. Because he knows that to be selfless and care for others. Is we must learn to love, forgive and care for ourselves. He is selfish at the same time selfless. For he is certain and calm his actions are careful that it will not cause damage to others and especially to himself.

Creative,

True men are never bored. They are happy and joyful even only on their own. No gadget, not technology, game, companionship can replace the creativity of their minds. They create things beyond limitations. Evey angle and action is full of vibrancy and bliss. Even looking only to the  clear sky their minds and eye can marvel the creation and it's beauty. They are limitless they are endless.

Coffee,

He is a man of experience. For he celebrate and indulge life with his senses. The smell of sweet and bitter aroma. The sound of ceramic glass, silver spoon and hot water whirling together. The taste of mixture of natural coffee, milk and sugar. Brewed together by his own hands and savor together with his own tongue.

The seven C's of a man is not only a definition but also a reminder.

How To Start A Conversation With A Stranger. A Practical Guide.

We always have that feel of not talking to strangers because our parents tell us not to. So we eventually grow up scared like little sissies afraid to talk and even say hi to someone. 
So gentlemen and ladies here are the tips I came up with on how to talk to strangers. The most "practical" I've known and been using so far. All you need is common sense and a little confidence. 

1. Be Present.
Yes you must be present with the person you want to talk to. That stranger must acknowledge your presence. So that you won't look like some weirdo trying to put some words in someones ear. Be noticeable, glance, look them in the eyes. Don't forget the smile.

2. Speak
Of course how could you talk if you don't speak. What are you? some mutant who use telepathy? No you're not, you are a human being with vocal chords, tongue and mouth plus saliva. So use it to speak. Unless you are deaf that uses sign language. Always remember to talk in a gentle moderate manner and be polite. Your initiating a conversation not a fight.

3. Have Grit and Confidence.

Now this one takes courage. You can actually fake your confidence to spark a conversation. But genuine confidence is much more better they called it self-esteem. So build that confidence now, let it explode and do it. Don't be a pussy about it. People will not kill you if you say hi to them.

4. 50/50

Be open minded and strong about it. Don't give a damn if the person respond to you or not. If he or she respond, great. If not the hell you care. Its the matter of two things. It's either you say hi or the stranger say hi, it's either the stranger doesn't reply or you don't give a crap if there is a reply or not. Just make sure their not deaf or listening to a deafening music on headset or else you will look like a stupid joke.

Yup that's it. Try it and it will surprise you. It does to me.

It's OK

It's very ironic and at the same time funny and depressing. That is life. Some of us feel the joy and the burden of it. It's OK to feel different, to feel sad, to feel empty. Right now things are always never to late or it is. Maybe they come before then slipped away. Eventually it will comeback. It is a roller coaster ride. A wheel of balance. The feeling of emptiness loneliness and the feel of nothing is just temporary. Every man have destiny to make, path to choose and take. Don't be bothered and be pulled down by the uprising pressure to yourself and others. You don't need to prove anything. Fight for what you believe in deeply. Maintain the calm and silence of your own presence and soul. Have the courage to choose your own path.

Listen. Listen to your breath. Feel it, acknowledge your existence. There is nothing more blissful than to feel that you are alive.

Your in your room, no job, no car, lack the skills, lack the talents, even how hard you work or do. It feels like you are incomplete and the things you made are not worthy and useless. Everything is a pure single shade of gray, no bumps everything is flat. Like all the meanings have flew away and gone. It's OK. Learn from it, use it to your advantage, compassion is a good trait. You just need to drop the baggage that is pulling you down and making you stagnant. You only need to listen and open your eyes. Listen to your heart. Do what it says. Open your eyes. See a different perspective. Marvel on the possibility and ways that you will be taking.

Don't think to much, do it!. Thinking is different from thinking over the small things. Over-thinking and anxiety ultimately banishes every trace of joy from life. Listen to your heart and decide with your mind. Do it.

Even how hard and brutal you fail. It's OK. You can learn from it. Life naturally gives you lessons you never expect. Build the courage to do things again in a different point of view. For success, joy and bliss are not a blessing they are a conquest. You are the conqueror.
